Nuron Organics – Mealy Bug control

Mealy Bugs are a huge problem for many growers of fruit & vegetables so much so that every year growers & the economy lose millions of dollars in local & export sales trying to eradicate the pest that has proven to be very difficult till now “NURON BIO-SAFE” sprayed at a rate of 100 to 150 millilitres per litre will KILL MEALY BUGS. The product has been well tested in NZ on grapes & tomatoes with a 100% kill, also in the Philippines on a number of plants. The formula is NON TOXIC & NON HARMFUL TO HUMANS, WATER WAYS & PETS.

Initial Treatment

Dilute 100ml of Nuron-BioSafe with 900ml of clean water.

2) Spray, mist, drench and fog plants or soil in the early morning or late evening.

3) Throughly wet all surfaces of the Plant ensuring to cover the upper and lower foliage, including the stems, branches and stalks.

4) Apply once a week for a period of one month, until control is achieved and then follow the directions for the preventative treatment.

5) When treating putting surfaces for brown patch only use 100ml per lt make sure the area is well covered

Weekly Preventative Treatment

1) Dilute 50ml of Nuron-BioSafe with 950ml of clean water.

2) Spray, mist, drench and fog plants or soil in the early morning or late evening.

3) Throughly wet all surfaces of the Plant ensuring to cover the upper and lower foliage, including the stems, branches and stalks.

4) Apply every 5 – 7 days. At the first signs of disease, spray for three consecutive days at the rate mentioned above, then resume treatment as normal.
